the team ensured comfort and care, including fulfilling our special requests. sapun coordinated everything smoothly.. dilan arranged our anniversary dinner. he created a lovely private lounge setup due to weather issues and ensured we were happy all evening.
i noticed the hotel is not quite up to date and looks a bit worn out in both the rooms and other facilities. an upgrade could be useful, especially given the price of a night's stay.

I found the hotel stood out with its well maintained environment and high quality amenities. The staff was friendly and were really good too ensure a pleasant experience. My room was cleaned to a high standard every day. I especially enjoyed dining with our restaurant assistant bhashitha, who was very friendly and helpful.
The hotel looked slightly worn. I noticed some minor maintenance issues in the room.

the pool area features ample loungers for relaxation and sunbathing, and the hotel gardens were well maintained. i noted the gym had a good range of equipment for a complete workout, and the lobby offered comfortable seating areas.

The breakfast had a good selection of items. That was acceptable.
The pool bar service was very slow, drinks took a long time. the hotel seemed short-staffed. I often felt ignored at the rooftop bar. some of the room decor was dated. I noticed mold growing on the ceiling. the shower leaked, and i needed to mop after each use.

i stayed in a premium room sea view. the room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. (i really liked the shower!)
The gym had limited equipment. There were only two stationary bikes available.

the reception staff was quite good, they answered our questions well.
The room wasn't properly cleaned. There was hair in the bathroom. also, the bathroom door didn't close well, very inconvenient.
